ADD-ON · FOR PRACTICE FIRMS AND FOR PROFESSIONAL & PREMIUM MEMBERS

Every GST notice on your clients' portals, checked every night

A notice is served in the taxpayer's GSTN login, not in your inbox. Reply windows are 7, 15 or 30 days, and an ignored show-cause notice becomes an ex parte order under section 73 or 74. Notice Watch connects each client GSTIN with one OTP, asks GSTN every night for new notices and orders, records the reply-by date and the notice PDF, e-mails you the same night, and opens the reply drafter with the notice text already in the box.

Open Notice Watch Practice CRM GST reply drafter
Read-only, consent-based, through a GSTN-licensed GST Suvidha Provider. Nothing is filed or changed on the portal. The taxpayer enables API access once and authorises the connection with an OTP sent to their registered mobile and e-mail; they can switch it off on the portal at any time. Session tokens are stored encrypted per firm and every connection and check is logged.

How it works

1
The client switches on API access, once. On the GST portal: My Profile → Manage API Access → enable, longest duration. Two minutes, no software. One-page guide for the client (PDF).
2
You connect the GSTIN with one OTP. Enter the client's GST portal user id; GSTN sends the OTP to the taxpayer. From then on the session is kept alive for you.
3
Every night at 05:00 IST GSTN is asked for new notices. Reference number, form, section, issue date, reply-by date, the raw GSTN payload and the notice PDF are recorded.
4
You are told, and the reply is half done. An alert e-mail the same night; one click opens TaxCorp AI's Any-Notice drafter, which detects the form, computes the deadline and limitation, and drafts the reply with verified case law.

What you get

Never miss a notice

Every notice and order on the GSTN portal for every connected GSTIN, checked nightly, including those the client never opened.

Reply-by date on day one

GSTN's own due date when it gives one, else the statutory period for that form, on the record and in the alert.

The notice PDF, kept

Main and supporting documents pulled from GSTN and stored with the record.

Replied on the portal? We know

GSTN's reply date is picked up, so a notice the client answered directly is marked replied, not chased.

One-click reply drafting

Hand-off to the GST Any-Notice drafter: 31 notice kinds, deadline and limitation panel, verified citations, Word export.

In Practice, it becomes a task

Firms on Practice CRM get a task on the client, assigned to the manager, with the documents that kind of notice needs, alerts to the partners, and the client timeline.

Questions

How far back does it see?

GSTN's notice API reports notices issued in the last 60 days and refuses anything older. Connect a GSTIN early: from then on nothing is missed. Older notices and appeals in progress go into the Litigation Tracker.

What if GSTN drops the session?

The session is extended automatically every few hours. If GSTN still drops it (password change, API access switched off), the row says "reconnect needed", and one fresh OTP restores it.

What does it cost in effort?

One OTP per GSTIN at setup. After that, nothing until a notice arrives.

To switch it on, write to thetaxcorp@gmail.com with the GSTINs you want watched, or call +91 97254 24647. Practice firms: Settings → Integrations shows the add-on's state.
