Important: AI is a research assistant tool, not a replacement for professional expertise. AI cannot understand context, nuance, or apply professional judgment the way a qualified professional can.

6. Client Confidentiality Warning

CRITICAL: PROTECT CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY

NEVER enter the following in AI queries:

  • PAN numbers, Aadhaar numbers, or passport numbers
  • Bank account numbers or financial account details
  • Addresses, phone numbers, or contact information

  • Stored on third-party servers (subject to their policies)
  • Located in foreign jurisdictions (USA, China)
  • Potentially used for AI training (depending on provider policies)
  • Subject to legal disclosure requirements in those jurisdictions

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with client confidentiality obligations and professional privilege requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

TaxCorp is NOT LIABLE for:
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
  • Professional negligence or malpractice arising from AI use
  • Client losses, regulatory penalties, or legal consequences
  • Incorrect case citations or outdated legal information
  • Breach of client confidentiality due to user's disclosure
  • Third-party AI provider failures or service interruptions
  • Consequential damages including lost profits or business
  • Damages exceeding subscription fees paid (max ₹50,000)

9. Token Usage & Limits

What are Tokens?

Tokens are units measuring AI processing. Approximate token consumption:
