ENTERPRISE · FOR CA FIRMS

From the first enquiry to the receipt — one place for your practice

Clients, recurring compliance work, documents chased from clients through a link, GST invoices and collections, and an AI assistant that knows your own practice. Built for a solo CA and for a 15-person firm alike, on the same TaxCorp login you already use.

Open Practice How it works

What it does

Client master

PAN, every GSTIN and TAN, contacts, KYC documents, groups, partner-in-charge. Import from your Excel or straight from Tally ledgers in minutes; matching by PAN → GSTIN → name so nothing duplicates.

Recurring work, generated

Set up an engagement once — GSTR-3B monthly, TDS quarterly, ITR annually — and the work appears 60 days ahead with statutory due dates from the compliance calendar, an internal buffer, checklist and the documents to ask for.

Client upload link

One link on WhatsApp; the client uploads from a phone, no login. Each document ticks off, the task moves on, reminders stop. English and Hindi.

GST invoicing and collections

Tax invoices with CGST/SGST or IGST worked out from the place of supply, FY-wise numbering, UPI QR on every invoice, receipts with TDS, credit notes, ageing and client statements. Money goes to your account only.

Enquiries to clients

Paste an enquiry and the form fills itself. Proposal with fee table, AI-drafted narrative, engagement letter in ICAI shape; accept it and the client, engagements and first tasks are created.

Reminders that stop by themselves

Documents awaited every few days, overdue invoices at +1/+7/+15/+30, staff due-date nudges — all logged on the client's timeline, capped, quiet at night.

Ask the practice

“Which clients have documents pending for a week?” “Who owes us over 90 days?” Answered from your records through read-only tools — never from memory, never changing anything.

Roles and isolation

Partner, Manager, Staff, Accounts. Staff never see fees. Every record belongs to your firm and no other; every money action is audit-logged.

A month in the life

1
Day 1 — import. Download the Excel template or export Tally's ledger masters; upload; review the preview; import. Opening balances become opening invoices so the ledger is honest from the start.
2
Day 1 — engagements. On each client, add the services you do for them and the fee. Tasks for the next 60 days appear on the board, assigned to your staff.
3
Every week — chase. The Work board shows what is late and what is waiting on documents. One click makes an upload link; WhatsApp it. Uploads land on the task.
4
Filing — done. Mark Filed with the acknowledgement. If the engagement bills per task, an invoice line is drafted for you.
5
Month end — bill. Drafts wait under Billing; check, issue, share the PDF link. Receipts allocate oldest-first; TDS is tracked for your 26AS.
6
Any time — ask. Before a call: “Brief me” on the client. Before a partner meeting: workload, ageing, filing-on-time reports, all to Excel.

Practice is part of the Enterprise plan. Talk to us about access for your firm. Not included in v1: e-invoicing/IRN, Tally accounting export, timesheets, WhatsApp API (messages are pre-filled for you to send).
