Important Notice
TaxCorp uses third-party artificial intelligence providers to deliver AI-powered features. When you use our AI services, your query data is processed by these external providers and subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service. By using TaxCorp AI features, you acknowledge and consent to this data sharing.

- Uploaded documents (anonymized)
- Search parameters and filters
- Context from conversation history
Data We DON'T Share
- Your name or personal contact info
- Your account credentials
- Your payment information
- Client names (if you anonymize properly)
Your Responsibility: YOU must anonymize client-specific information before submitting queries. Do not include client names, PAN numbers, or confidential data. See Client Confidentiality Warning.
1. OpenAI (USA)
Company Information

- Models Used: GPT-4o, GPT-4, GPT-3.5

Data Retention (API Use): OpenAI retains API data for 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deletes it (as of their current policy for API usage).
Training Data: OpenAI states that API data is not used to train their models (Business/Enterprise agreements).
Data Location: Primarily stored in United States data centers.
Note: We use OpenAI's API service with zero data retention agreements where available. However, OpenAI's policies may change. Always review their current privacy policy at the link above.
2. Anthropic (USA)

Note: Anthropic has strong privacy commitments. We use commercial API agreements with data protection clauses. Review their current privacy policy for latest practices.
3. Google Gemini (USA)

Use with Caution: Only use DeepSeek for non-sensitive queries. NEVER include confidential client information.

- You can opt not to use AI features if you disagree with third-party data sharing

Your Responsibilities
- Anonymize all queries - Remove client names, PAN numbers, personal data
- Review privacy policies - Read each provider's terms before using
- Assess risks - Determine if third-party processing is acceptable for your use case
- Maintain confidentiality - You are responsible for protecting client information
- Comply with regulations - Ensure compliance with applicable professional and data protection laws
Subprocessor Management
TaxCorp may add, remove, or change AI providers to improve service quality. Material changes to the list of third-party AI providers will be communicated via:
- Email notification to registered users
- Updates to this page (check "Last Updated" date)
- In-app notifications
Continued use of AI features after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated third-party providers.
