The Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN) has come out with a fresh advisory dated 1 July 2026, altering the schedule for amending the Aggregate Annual Turnover (AATO) for FY 2025-26 on the GST Portal. This change is a direct outcome of a technical upgrade to the AATO system that went live on 1 July 2026, which now permits automatic recalculation of AATO figures as assessees continue to file their returns even after the designated amendment period closes.
