Overview
The Delhi High Court in Jain Cement Udyog Vs Union of India & Anr. (Delhi High Court) examined a challenge to a GST demand of Rs. 7,26,59,252/- raised on account of alleged wrongful availment of Input Tax Credit (ITC), along with a constitutional challenge to Section 16(2)(c) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act 2017.
